Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project. This confirms project booking and resource allocation.

Refund Eligibility

  • If a project has not yet been started, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Once design or development work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable due to time and resource investment.

Project Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after work has started, payments made up to that stage will not be refunded.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% payment must be completed before final website delivery or launch.
